3D Rendering Of The Proposed Development

This competition was for the construction of the new Champagnes Charles & Piper Heidsieck headquarters on the Allée du Vignoble in Reims, France. The surface of the project is about 1600m² and would regroup all its activities / offices.

ZEF provided a complete sustainability framework and technical solutions which were both respectful of the environment and offer energy savings and water management.

The design team was short listed in the final two.
