ZEF is developing low energy/water solutions and waste strategy, which will see this Masterplan become a cutting edge eco resort.
ZEF has been invited to work with 24H architects to design the new ‘cité des deux Mers’ at Morocco’s north coast along the Mediterranean Sea (25 km long dune strip at the Laguna near Nador). The aim is to transform the area into a low density, ecological touristic area with a Nature reserve, several resorts, hotels and a harbour.
