The centre aims to enrich the lives of the wider North Harrow community by providing many diverse services in one building.

It will include:

> Large multi-purpose sports
> Children’s soft play areas
> Prayer hall / quiet area for 200 people
> Two gyms
> Large kitchen able to serve 500 people
> Food hall
> Library to store 10,000 books
> Lecture theatre and cinema room
> Up to 15 additional seminar rooms
> Additional smaller sports hall
> Apartments
> Nursing home
