ZEF was appointed to produce the sustainable framework and MEP services design for the project. Renewable energy systems include ground source heat pumps providing the heating and cooling source, solar thermal panels for supplement energy demand for hot water and photovoltaic panels to supplement some energy demand.

The development also features green roofs and rainwater and grey water recycling systems as water conservation measures.
