3D Rendering Of Proposed Development
The project comprises of 6 residential holiday homes located in South East England.
The buildings feature very well insulated external fabric providing very low U-values and using ground source heat pumps as a renewable energy source for heating.
Energy recovery mechanical ventilation systems will be installed for each building ensuring fresh air supply into the space at low energy cost.
ZEF also prepared the Part L1A calculations and report for building control approval for the development.
