Our environmental strategy is to develop a landmark of a low energy institute, tapping from Manamah’s environmental characteristics and maximising the benefits from the solar passive design potentials and from the earth relatively moderate and stable ground temperature throughout the year. It is feasible to reduce the energy based on our proposed strategies by at least 45% from a conventional office building known figures.
